The top of the hillock has a small forest area with tall trees and wildlife, including snakes, hares, mongooses, monkeys, and monitor lizards. Another legend claims that Meenuliyanpara is the place where fish (\u2018Meen\u2019 in Malayalam) from the Periyar River were known to land. Additionally, the presence of dolmens at Meenuliyanpara serves as evidence of the area\u2019s historical significance.<\/p>\n
